Delivery & branch collection

Collection is available at the branch selected on your quote. Wait for confirmation that the order is ready before travelling. Provide the order reference and suitable collection authorisation.

Collection hours: Monday–Thursday 08:00–17:00; Friday 08:00–16:30. Confirm public-holiday arrangements with staff.

Pargo and DSV

Pargo or DSV delivery is offered where quoted and available. The customer pays the courier amount disclosed before acceptance, with VAT and the full total shown. Staff confirm the delivery address or Pargo pickup point and service. Selecting a courier does not itself book collection. A change to destination or service requires a revised quote and your agreement. Transit times depend on the chosen service; product sourcing lead time is separate.

Payment, delays and receipt

Dispatch or collection follows payment confirmation and agreed availability. We will advise of material delays or unavailable goods and honour applicable cancellation/refund rights. Check the parcel when received and report loss, shortage or damage promptly. Preserve packaging and photographs where practical. Paying delivery costs does not mean you assume all transit risk or waive statutory remedies.
